  • With external vendors, we prepare referrals matching personality, wedding vision, and budget including the review + negotiation of all vendor agreements
  • Manage & organize by scheduling + providing a meeting Itinerary of upcoming meetings with external vendors
  • Customized templates for your guest list, reception seating charts and information on addressing etiquette
  • Coordinate with trusted partners for customized prints for invitations, menu cards, table and place cards, etc.
  • Assist with the composition of all wedding paper design
  • We help the Bride and Groom on procession, recession order and important family seating
  • Assist with guest hotel accommodation room blocks & all transportation needs, and welcome bag amenities
  • We accompany you on the floral consultations, tabletop presentations, tastings & menu design
  • Accompany Bride to final gown fitting for bustling instructions
  • Assistance with guest table seating, place cards, customized menu cards, room diagrams and gift selections
  • Provide guidance for the Bride, Groom and Officiate on ceremony content
  • Pre-Wedding Consultation 14 days prior to the wedding day. We sit with the Bride & Groom to finalize and approve the Wedding Week Schedule & Details
  • Planner will contact all vendors to confirm and synchronize details and set-up times
  • We will be present at your wedding ceremony rehearsal to assist and/or conduct the ceremony rehearsal working with the Bride and Groom on procession, recession order and important family seating
  • An itinerary is distributed at the rehearsal reflecting highlights of the wedding day to the Wedding Party
  • An early arrival on the Wedding Day to ensure that all details are taken care of as requested
  • Place all table favors, guest book, place cards and other ceremony and reception items as directed
  • Ensure that all centerpieces, lighting and every detail is ready for guest arrival
  • Manage & organize every detail of the reception including the wedding party introductions, first dances, cake cutting & other vendor coordination
  • We will remain on site until the end of the event to ensure personal items such as glasses, guest books, cards and gifts as well as any other affects are secured with a person you designate
  • A final walk through with all vendors
